LWS AIRPORT SHUTTLE FOR MOSCOW/PULLMAN:
Shuttle service is available for LWS-ticketed passengers to and from Moscow and Pullman.
- Cost: $40 per trip/passenger.
- Cancellations made at least 8 hours before your scheduled ride, will receive a full refund.
- Requires 48 hrs advanced registration. Limited seats are available. First come, first serve.
- No-shows may result in the cancellation of future service.
- Requires a Flight Confirmation # and airline to be put in the comment section. Failure to provide this information may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
- The shuttle schedule corresponds to flight times.
- If the airlines adjust flight schedules, the shuttle will adjust shuttle times accordingly. LWS will reach out to confirm the adjusted schedule.
- Follow-up calls concerning reservations must be with the passenger only. Passenger travel information will not be disclosed to a second party.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do you book the shuttle?
You can find the shuttle sign-up link under the Travelers> Ground Transportation tab by visiting the LWS website. From there you can choose from four locations to be picked up from. You will then select the number of people you are making reservations for. You can then choose a day and one of the provided time options that correspond with the flight schedule. You will then be prompted to enter your information. While doing so be sure to include your flight number in the “Comments” section. This is a requirement for booking the shuttle.
Where does the shuttle provide service?
The Lewiston Airport Shuttle operates for LWS ticketed passengers to and from Lewiston Airport. The shuttle picks up and drops off passengers at designated locations at the college campuses in Moscow and Pullman.
Who can use this service?
LWS-ticketed passengers can reserve the shuttle service.
Is there a maximum number of reservations you can make?
The shuttle has limited seating and serves passengers on a first-come-first-serve basis.
What is the window for booking the shuttle?
You must book at least 48 hours in advance and can book a maximum of five weeks in the future.
How much does the shuttle cost?
The shuttle costs $40.00 per passenger, per trip.
Can you get a refund after booking the shuttle?
To get a refund for the shuttle, you must cancel at least eight hours before the reservation time.
Does the shuttle pick up passengers for the early morning flights leaving LWS?
Yes, the shuttle schedule is designed to accommodate passengers from all flights.
Does the shuttle pick up passengers for the late-night flights arriving at LWS?
Yes, the shuttle schedule is designed to accommodate passengers from all flights. The shuttle departs LWS for Moscow/Pullman approximately 30 minutes after the mid-day flight arrival, and again approximately 15 minutes after the last flight has landed for the day.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The shuttle delays the departure time when there are confirmed reservation holders on the delayed flight. When booking the shuttle, you must leave your flight details in the comments section. This allows the driver to know which flight you will be arriving on. Our shuttle drivers monitor the flight arrival times, and in the case of a delay, we will review which flight the passengers are arriving on, and adjust the shuttle departure time to accommodate those passengers.
What happens if my flight is canceled?
The day before your shuttle, you should receive a confirmation message from your shuttle driver.
The driver monitors the flight you provided in the comments section. If your flight is canceled the driver can reschedule your reservation. This can be done by contacting your driver and asking them to adjust your reservation, whether it be later in the day or for another date in the future. The driver can then change your reservation without any extra fees to you.
What happens if I miss my shuttle?
The shuttle must maintain its schedule when picking up to ensure it does not delay any of its passengers. If you do not show up for the scheduled shuttle time you will be blocked from booking future shuttle reservations and you will not receive a refund.
